AI for Business Communication

Leverage Generative AI tools to elevate and streamline your writing, presentations, and conversations.

This comprehensive program offers a deep dive into the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various business communication mediums, including presentations and stakeholder conversations. Participants will explore how generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, can streamline processes for creating and revising content, personalize interactions, and improve overall communication efficiency.

While AI tools can significantly aid communication, human oversight is still needed to ensure clarity, concision, accuracy and appropriate business tone and style. This program reviews communication best practices, including audience analysis, writing strategies, and presentation best practices, providing you with the expertise needed to act as an experienced editor for AI-generated content.

You will learn how to implement AI strategies in your communication through hands-on demonstrations and workshops. Case studies and real world examples provide insight into the successful integration of AI tools into work processes and best practices. Experiment with using AI tools to generate ideas, draft and revise content, and create stakeholder personas for practicing difficult conversations and gathering feedback.

By the end of the program, participants will understand how to leverage AI technologies to enhance communication while avoiding common pitfalls of over-reliance on AI tools. You will leave equipped with tools to immediately craft more persuasive, effective business communications.
